El Paso County DMV closes for upgrades
El Paso County locations of the Division of Motor Vehicles will be closed for much of next week, as the state undergoes system updates. Technical issues stymied services Monday morning at driver’s license offices statewide. The offices couldn’t issue licenses, instruction permits or identification cards. To renew a license, request a driving record, pay a fine or to use other services, officials encouraged use of online services. Tdo not have an estimated reopening time.
