Manitou settles on fee for Barr Trail parking
Free parking at the Barr Trail lot will soon be a distant memory. On Friday, the Manitou Springs City Council unanimously voted to charge $5 per car for parking at the trailhead. The council is expected to give the measure final approval Tuesday. The new fees could go into effect by the end of June.…
