Ongoing eruptions at Hawaii IslandÔÇÖs Kilauea volcano have destroyed 26 homes and four unspecified structures, and toxic sulfur dioxide gas is spewing near new fissures at lethal concentrations. Eruptions of lava from cracks in the ground have been continuous since last Monday.
