Colorado State Patrol announced Tuesday that two missing Michigan children believed to possibly be in Colorado have been found and are safe. Pair arrested in two-month car theft spree in Colorado Springs targeting Subarus
Even thieves apparently know how well Subarus hold their value. A man and a woman who were arrested last week are suspected of stealing 15 cars from mid-November through January.
