The VIP reception, which includes a photo op, will be from 7 to 7:30, and the suggested donation is $1,000 a head. The general reception, from 7 to 8:30, is only $250 per person.Oh yes, Sen. Question 201 bans payments between enterprises and the city, including the payment in lieu of taxes Colorado Springs Utilities pays to the central city government.The Just Say No to Issue 200 and Issue 201 committee spent $68,263 from Oct 1 to 20 on billboards, yard signs, and commercials on radio and TV. Its big contributors included High Valley Land Company Inc., Case International Co.
