A knife-wielding man robbed the Dollar Store at 3770 Airport Road in Colorado Springs on Monday afternoon and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, authorities said.

No one was hurt.

A police report said the man entered the store about 5:45 p.m., approached a cashier and pulled a plastic bag from one pocket and a knife from the other, and demanded money. Then he fled on foot, police said. Officers used a police dog to determine the man went north for a block, where it appeared he got into a vehicle.

Police haven’t identified any suspects.
