If you’re a football fanatic (and if you’re a U.S.-born male, it’s pretty much a requirement), the series “Hard Knocks” (8 p.m. Tuesday) was made for you. The weekly NFL Films/HBO documentary covers the training camp of one NFL franchise every season. This year it’s the Dolphins. Viewers get a look at position battles, the journey of rookie players and what life is really like behind the scenes. The season seven premiere was Aug. 7 but you can easily catch up to this great show On Demand.
