6 Easter brunch options in Colorado Springs this Sunday

If Easter snuck up on you and you’re scrambling to make brunch reservations, look no further.

From seafood displays to prime rib carving stations, these restaurants are going all out for the holiday.

Here’s a look at spots that will be open for dining on Easter, as well as a look at pricing:

ViewHouse Brunch Buffet – $54.95/adults, $14.95/child 6-12, free for kids under 5

Leave the cooking and the egg hunt to the pros this Easter. ViewHouse is set to host its annual Easter brunch buffet (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) with egg hunts scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will also be a plated special for $19.99, which includes sriracha glazed ham, rosemary roasted mixed potatoes and more.

Mountain View Restaurant at Cheyenne Mountain Resort – $90/adult, $45/child 5-11

The Cheyenne Mountain Resort’s Mountain View Restaurant is also taking reservations for Easter. The brunch is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include a cold station with a seafood display, a soup and bread station, a brunch station and entrees including as herb-roasted chicken breast and honey and whole grain mustard pork loin.

Prime 25

Prime 25 is taking reservations for Easter brunch, which runs from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Brunch specials include croissant waffles, crabcake benedict, lamb loin and bottomless mimosas. The restaurant will be taking reservations on OpenTable. Click here to book a table.

MacKenzie’s Chop House – $72/person, $25/kids 12 and under, Free for 5 and under

This popular fine dining spot in downtown Colorado Springs will host an Easter brunch this Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The brunch will feature a seafood boat, a prime rib and ham carving station; entrees will include a California benedict, a petite NY strip, and a Belgian waffle.

Cliff House at Pikes Peak – $75+/person

This iconic Manitou Springs hotel’s restaurant will be open for Easter brunch and is still accepting reservations, according to OpenTable. The brunch features a buffet of breakfast dishes, a salad bar, a carving station and more.

Ephemera – $60/person

This restaurant located in COATI is taking reservations for their Easter Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ephemera will offer a 4-course meal, featuring avocado toast with prosciutto, pistachio cinnamon roll, a chocolate eggand a choice of herb-crusted lamb rack or matcha waffle with sticky chicken. The eatery will also have an a la carte option.
