Bailey was found safe in Colorado Springs Thursday morning, according to an update from the Teller County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities received calls from residents who had seen Bailey’s picture, which was posted on the Gazette’s website and shown in broadcasts at area news stations, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Teller County search teams are looking for a 39-year-old woman with mental health issues who went missing from her Woodland Park-area home around noon Tuesday.
Dawn Bailey, who is Asian and White is 5-foot-4, about 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue pants.
Bailey left her home in the Holiday Hills Subdivision around noon and did not return. She is taking medication, which she left at home. She lives with her fiancé who told Teller County Sheriff’s deputies that she has mental health issues. She has no known friends or family in the area.
The Teller County Search and Rescue Team was activated for the search and is looking for her around her home and south of Highway 67 between Woodland Park and Divide, including Ranch Estates and the Catamount Reservoir areas. Nighttime temperatures Wednesday were in the single digits with snow.Anyone with information is asked to call the Teller County Sheriff’s Office at 719-687-9652.
