The final three refurbished train cars were placed onto the upgraded tracks at Broadmoor Manitou & Pikes Peak Cog Railway in Manitou Springs on Tuesday afternoon. The project includes new track from the depot to the top of Pikes Peak, new train cars, and a refurbished depot house. The railway, which is one of only two cog railways in North America, is set to reopen in May 2021. (Video by Skyler Ballard)
