Three children reported that a man exposed himself from a car Wednesday near Stratton Meadows Elementary School in south Colorado Springs.

The children told investigators they were walking by the elementary school at 610 Brookshire Ave. about 6:40 p.m. when a man in a blue sedan pulled up next to them, police said.

The man’s pants were down and the children could see him masturbating, according to police reports.

The children walked away and the man followed in the car for a short distance, then drove away, police said.
