Video shows Broncos’ Aqib Talib after June 2016 shooting in Dallas
Video and photos obtained by WFAA-TV in Dallas shows Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib the morning he was shot, June 5, 2016. The footage and images show Talib arriving at Medical City Center in a white Rolls-Royce and later lying in a hospital bed with his right hamstring and calf bandaged.
The video also shows the blood-stained interior of the Rolls-Royce and what police said is marijuana in the vehicle, which was cited in the report.
Talib suffered a gunshot wound that did not require surgery. According to the Dallas PD’s incident report, a bullet entered the back of his right thigh and exited out his right calf. Talib initially told police that he didn’t know who shot him and a witness said they were at Hamilton Park with a large group when they heard one gunshot. Earlier, per WFAA, Talib was at VLive nightclub nearby, where two other shooting victims were reported.
