An 18-year-old woman told police that a man in a red pickup truck offered her $100 to watch him masturbate on Monday, bringing the total number of reported incidents to 10 in three weeks, Colorado Springs police said.

The victim said the man approached her on the 1700 block of Briargate Boulevard, by the Chapel Hills Mall, just before 4 p.m.

Officers searched the mall and surrounding areas but did not find the vehicle, described as a dark red pickup truck, possibly a Ford, with gold accents, a silver metal grill and temporary license plates, police said.
