Wacky outfits catch the eye during the Stocking Shuffle 5k
The Stocking Shuffle 5k was run by many cold runners to benefit the El Pomar Foundation’s Empty Stocking Fund. The race saw a plethora of characters and outfits, all running for a good cause through Colorado College. With snow on the ground and an early morning start, most contestants were adorned with gloves and headwear to keep them warm. Long socks were worn by many racers, but not just generic socks, there were several decorative socks that would have made Waldo proud. A pair of racers took the wacky socks even further though, as they matched their socks with tutus for the race.
