The El Paso County Fair Queen contest in Calhan has been rescheduled to 9 a.m. March 23 because of the weather forecast, which calls for snow.

The contest had been scheduled at 9 a.m. Saturday at the El Paso County Fairgrounds.

“The weather service issued blizzard warnings starting at 9 or something tomorrow morning,” county spokesman Dave Rose said.
