After getting its permit approved last week, Buena Vista’s four-day, 20,000-person music festival has chosen a name and released the initial lineup of its inaugural event.

Madison House Presents’ August 5-7 festival is called Vertex, and will feature headline performances by jam ensemble Trey Anastasio Band, blues rockers the Alabama Shakes and DJ duo ODESZA. Other artists on the bill include Anderson .Paak & the Free Nationals, BADBADNOTGOOD, Dawes, Graham Nash, Classixx, Houndmouth, Jai Wolf, The Claypool Lennon Delirium and more. Tickets to Vertex go on sale at noon on March 25 via vertexfestival.com. GA passes to the event start at $199.75. VIP passes will also be available, offering creekside camping, RV access and electrical outlets.
