The new Fred Rogers documentary is packed with special moments. During one, he’s in a U.S. Senate hearing, making a case for PBS funding and doing it with a song from the “Neighborhood.” “What do you do with the mad that you feel?” he starts, going on about the importance of feelings and kindness.
