Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in finding the following people for whom felony arrest warrants have been issued.

Featured Fugitives

Kyan Alexander Lee-Scheer — age 19, 5-foot-10, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, sought on suspicion of assault 2-strangulation and telephone obstruction.

Cesar Roberto Morales-Pineda — age 46, 5-foot-8, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, sought on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by a person of trust, aggravated sex offense, sexual exploitation of a child, obscenity-promotion to minor.

Charles Adolfo Pardo — age 37, 6-foot-1, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, sought on suspicion of stalking, violation of protection order and failure to comply.

Albert Erving Rael — age 26, 5-foot-10, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, sought on suspicion of robbery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and violation of protection order.

Rebekah Lee Ray — age 37, 5-foot-2, 140 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. She is sought on suspicion of robbery and failure to appear.

Robert Lawrence Sutton — age 42, 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes, sought on suspicion of assault 2 and harassment.

Jurmel Adam Taylor — age 39, 6-foot-1, 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, sought on suspicion of assault 2-strangulation, assault 3, resisting arrest, stalking, violation of protection order and harassment.

Telly Tyree Wilson — age 42, 5-foot-10, 200 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes, sought on suspicion of assault 2-injury with deadly weapon, motor vehicle theft 3 and parole violation.
