The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is searching for three children after they left a youth home in Monument on Wednesday, according to a social media post by the agency.

The children were seen leaving Brad’s House on Hunters Glen Road, which offers “young men” care and support through residential treatment, according to its website. Their last known whereabouts were at a Walmart at 16218 Jackson Creek Parkway in Monument.

The Sheriff’s Office released the following information about the missing children:

• Zaine Hatten, 13, is 5-foot-4, 110 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue shirt.
• Israel Jackson, 13, is 5-foot-4, 150 pounds and was last seen wearing a light colored hoodie and white sweatpants.
• Jhonathan Thomas, 14, is 5-foot-2, 120 pounds and was last seen wearing a green shirt and plaid pajama bottoms.
