Something old, something new, something borrowed and an expo for anyone ready to say “I do.” 

Before the dress is zipped and the seating chart sparks a family debate, hundreds of Colorado’s future brides will gather in one place searching for everything that can turn their dream wedding Pinterest board into reality. 

With enough exhibitors to check off every box on a bride’s to-do list, Sunday’s Colorado Bridal & Wedding Expo will bring vendors ranging from florists and photographers to wellness experts and dessert caterers.

Future brides can spend their Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. sampling, sipping, shopping and scheduling their big day all at the Colorado Springs Event Center. 

The expo is produced by American Consumer Shows, whose bridal expos across the country brought in a record 540,000 attendees in 2025, including 225,000 registered brides, according to its website.

The Springs expo will feature hundreds of vendors covering categories like bartending services, ceremony officiants, dance lessons, makeup artists, plastic surgeons and more.

Many exhibitors will also offer giveaways and raffle prizes throughout the afternoon, including beauty treatments, body sculpting and photobooth and balloon installments. 

One of the expo’s larger giveaways comes from Wellness Works, a clinic in Monument that is raffling a four-session Emsculpt Neo treatment valued at $3,400.

“We’re promoting our businesses, sure, but we’re also giving what we can to the brides and toward their day of becoming wives,” Wellness Works owner Katie Bair said.

The Emsculpt Neo machine, which will also be available for free 10-minute demonstrations during the expo, uses muscle stimulation technology designed for body contouring, toning and muscle building.

“For the brides, it’s for weight loss and muscle toning,” Bair said. “So if a bride were to want to lose some inches around her abdomen or if she’s looking to tone her glutes, it would be phenomenal for that.”

Wellness-focused exhibitors are expected to be a major part of the expo floor this year, with local vendors ranging from Radiant Reflections Aesthetics and Wellness and Vital Glow Spa to Peaktox and Refine Aesthetics, all catering to brides looking to feel wedding-ready before walking down the aisle.

“We also do IV therapy for events, so for a bachelorette party, we could go into your party and do IV therapy there,” Bair said. “The morning of your wedding day, or the day after, we’ll go in and set everyone up for hydration, glow or recovery IV, and we’ll have packages and specials for that there at the expo.”

Beyond beauty and wellness, the expo will also feature plenty of options for brides planning their reception and dessert menu. Vendors like The Little Peach Sangria Bar, Cookies and Beyond and Sue’s Sweet & Savory will offer everything from catering inspiration to ready-to-try drinks and baked goods.

The owner of Sue’s Sweet & Savory food truck, Sue Harley, said she’s offering a charcuterie setup to brides as they get ready if they book a consultation at the expo.

“I’m trying to get more into weddings and parties so I can offer a dessert bar, charcuterie cups, dirty sodas and mocktails,” Harley said. “I just want to be surrounded by happiness. I like to be in the thick of it all, helping out as much as I can for the bride.”

If wedding planning has started to feel more stressful than exciting, the Colorado Bridal & Wedding Expo promises an afternoon built around celebrating the road to “I do.” 

Brides can claim a free pass to the event if they register online, which is valid for one bride or partner and all of their guests. Otherwise, admission costs $10 at the door for day-of attendees.
