Death of Pueblo teen found in crash ruled homicide
Pueblo County Coroner Gregory Grahek ruled the death of a 15-year-old who was found deceased after a crash in Pueblo on Sunday was a homicide, according to a news release by police.
Police discovered the teenager in the driver’s seat around 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of Summit Avenue and Routt Avenue, where the single-vehicle crash occurred. Three passengers were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police previously announced.
There have been eight homicides in Pueblo this year, four more than this time last year.
