My Cellar Wine Bar has uncorked a new happy hour menu with five exclusive small plates priced at $12, along with three special wine selections available for $13 a glass or $39 a bottle.

Two featured happy hour bundles pair drinks with snacks: a 187 ml bottle of Mirabello Prosecco (about 1½ glasses) served with truffle Parmesan fries for or a dirty martini paired with dirty martini dip, both $20.
