Pikes Pick: New book pairs paranormal with recipes

I’d probably cook more if my kitchen were haunted. But since it’s not, I can at least read about haunted places and peruse the occasional recipe in the new book set for release in July, “Cuisine to Kill For: Recipes and True Crime Stories from the World’s Most Haunted Places.”

The author is Travel Channel host Amy Bruni, a popular paranormal investigator who was once part of “Ghost Hunters,” one of the longest-running and most-well-watched paranormal television shows. Her new book pairs recipes with stories inspired by crimes and mysteries in locations around the world. — Jennifer Mulson, The Gazette
