Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in finding the following people for whom felony arrest warrants have been issued.

Featured Fugitives

Jessica Billingsley — age 22, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and gray eyes. She is sought on suspicion of assault 2, felony menacing, harassment and failure to comply.

Lee Vernon Council Jr. — age 44, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 190 pounds, bald with brown eyes, sought on suspicion of robbery.

Michaela Indian Perfume Dyer — age 30, 5 feet, 1 inch tall, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is sought on suspicion of burglary 1.

James Richard Garfias — age 37, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, sought on suspicion of assault 2-strangulation, assault 3, robbery, harassment, theft, possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and trespass 2.

Charles Adolfo Pardo — age 37, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, sought on suspicion of stalking, violation of a protection order and failure to comply.

Brook Alexandra Swanson — age 35, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is sought on suspicion of aggravated robbery and ownership of dangerous dog-animal injury.

Monica Judith Velarde — age 29, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is sought on suspicion of robbery, harassment and theft.

Alan Lee Willoughby — age 41, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 185 pounds, blond hair and hazel eyes, sought on suspicion of assault 2-strangulation and theft.
