Dutch crunch bread is a fairly rare, hearty delicacy. You can find it at one of the food stands around the courtyard of Red Leg Brewing Co., 2323 Garden of the Gods Road.

Gunnar’s Deli specializes in the bread coated with a rice flour paste, resulting in a crackled exterior. The Billy Crunch adds more bite with potato chips between the bread, along with chicken breast, Swiss, cheddar, mayo and chipotle aioli mayo. Or go for the Gunnar, also on Dutch crunch: turkey, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, oregano and oil and vinegar.
