The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen in Colorado Springs on Sunday afternoon.

Haley, 45, has an “intellectual disability and mental health concerns” and is considered an at-risk adult, officials said in a social media post.

Haley is 5-foot-10 and about 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair worn long and straight. When last seen she was wearing a black jacket, a snowcap and checkered pants, and was carrying a Hello Kitty purse.

She was last seen at about 4:45 p.m. near Palmer Park and Powers boulevards, but could be walking in the vicinity of Fountain Boulevard and Circle Drive, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Anyone who has seen Haley, or may know her whereabouts, is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office’s non-emergency line at 719-390-5555.
