Marcel Pagnol, a 60-year-old acclaimed filmmaker and playwright, is asked by Elle Magazine to write a weekly column about his childhood. He hopes this is a way to get back to his artistic roots of writing. However, he knows his memory is failing and starts doubting his abilities, until a young him appears and helps him to bring back his most cherished memories.
