A 71-year-old at-risk man was reported missing in a residential area just west of Panorama Park Wednesday, according to Colorado Springs police.

According to police, Joseph Tustin was last seen in the 4300 block of Fountain Springs Grove, located along U.S. 24 in between Jet Wing Drive and Sand Creek on the city’s southeast side.

Police describe Tustin as a 6-foot-1, weighing 135 pounds, with gray hair, a gray beard and blue eyes. He was wearing a blue baseball cap, a USAF Windbreak and blue jeans the last time he was seen.
