A Pueblo teen who went missing over the weekend, triggering an Amber Alert, has been found safe, according to law enforcement officials.

Isabella Young, 16, was believed to have been taken by a 15-year-old male named Jayden Trujillo. The alert said the two may have been traveling in an unknown vehicle and that Trujillo may have been armed.

The alert was deactivated on Monday morning after Young was found safe. Police did not say if they found Trujillo.
