Colorado Springs police saw a hit-and-run, assaults and a stabbing last week, among other incidents, with law enforcement making 381 arrests in El Paso County.

From March 8 to 14, the Colorado Springs Police Department posted 12 blotter entries to its public database of incidents approved for release. Here is a recap of those entries:

On Sunday, March 8, a neighbor in the 1000 block of South Weber Street reported that a nearby house, whose owner had recently passed away, was being broken into. Police arrived and saw three males, who fled on foot. Trenton Nordby was arrested and police say warrants for the other suspects are pending.

On Tuesday evening, a pedestrian was hit by a car near Costilla Street and Wahsatch Avenue. Despite medical intervention, the pedestrian died at the scene. Impairment and speed are not believed to be factors in the crash, and no arrests were made.

On Wednesday, Benjamin Greenfield allegedly set several fires in his home after police arrived with a search warrant. Police say Greenfield is a drug trafficker with a history of violent crimes, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s SWAT team worked with the Police Department to search his home. Greenfield allegedly set several fires in the home before fleeing on foot. He was arrested and now faces arson charges, among others.

On Friday, police responded to the 3800 block of Radiant Drive for an in-progress robbery. When they arrived, they found a group of people physically restraining a suspect, who police found had pointed a gun at a victim and demanded money. Police recovered a handgun and arrested Wilber Chilel-Hernandez.

Also on Friday, police arrested Johny Corn with the help of a citizen after he fled the scene of a domestic disturbance on foot. During his arrest, Corn allegedly bit a sergeant, causing him pain. He faces several charges, including assault.

On Saturday, one person was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being involved in a hit-and-run in the 1800 block of West Colorado Avenue. Witnesses report that there was an altercation involving a handgun before the crash. No arrests were announced.

• On Sunday, March 8, a man was admitted to the hospital after accidentally shooting himself in the hand. Police say they are investigating the incident.
• On Monday, police collaborated with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and Colorado State Patrol to arrest five individuals located in three stolen vehicles around Colorado Springs. Odehlia Sauners, 38, and passengers, Riley Draper, 44; Louella Warren, 50; and Isabella Mitchell, 18, as well as a juvenile passenger were arrested and face various charges.
• On Tuesday, police executed a search warrant as part of an ongoing robbery and weapons investigation, arresting Christopher Colzie, 25; Adrian Rivas-Loya, 19; Ashley West, 36; and Jeremiah Joslin, 22. Detectives recovered two handguns, methamphetamine and cocaine during the operation.
• On Wednesday, police arrested a juvenile suspect in connection with a six-case robbery involving three convenience stores in the same area dating to December 2024.
• On Thursday, police were in the 00 block of University Drive on an unrelated call when they located two stabbing victims in a vehicle who said they were on their way to the hospital. The victims said they have seen the suspect before, but do not know their name. No arrests have been made.
• On Friday, police arrested Karen Rambur, who allegedly set a brush fire in the 2900 block of Delta Drive. The Colorado Springs Fire Department extinguished the fire before it caused any property damage, and Rambur faces felony arson charges.
