Corned beef, cabbage and all things Irish set to take center stage at The Brit Pub

The Brit Pub, 645 S. Sierra Madre St., is going all in for St. Patrick’s Day with five days of food, music and Celtic flair.

A special menu runs Friday through Tuesday, featuring corned beef and cabbage, Shepherd’s pie with braised lamb shank, bangers and mash, and Irish cream–soaked bread and butter pudding, along with themed drink specials.

Festivities begin Friday with live piano at 6:30 p.m. Saturday kicks off with the downtown St. Patrick’s Day Parade at noon, followed by the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC home opener at 3 p.m. at Weidner Field, directly across from the pub. Upstairs windows offer a bird’s-eye view of the pitch. Celtic Steps perform at 2:30 p.m., followed by the Pikes Peak Highlanders bagpipes at 6:30 p.m.

Sunday features the special menu and traditional Sunday roast.
On Tuesday, entertainment includes Nova on piano at noon, Cask and Chisel at 3 p.m., Celtic Steps at 5:30 p.m., and Nick Davey at 6:30 p.m.
