JANUARY

TreeCycle Christmas Tree Recycling — To benefit Colorado Springs Youth Sports, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays, through Saturday, Rocky Top Resources, 1755 E. Las Vegas St., $5 suggested minimum donation per tree. All decorations, stands and spikes must be removed from trees before drop-off. Pikes Peak Hospice Patriotic Blanket Drive — Through March 2. Donations of new handmade red, white and blue throw blankets for veteran hospice patients can be dropped off at 2550 Tenderfoot Hill St. or purchase blankets through Pikes Peak Hospice’s Amazon Wish at tinyurl.com/46dyz8e2.
