Colorado Springs police have safely located 2-year-old Giovani Salazar-President who was allegedly kidnapped from the King Streets Apartments in the 2700 block of King Street on Tuesday, according to a post on social media by the department.

Giovani was in the back seat of a 2021 black Kia Seltos with Colorado license plate DLH W03 when it was stolen from the apartments just before 3 p.m.

At 4:56 p.m., police announced on social media that Giovani had been located safely.
