Councilmember Henjum holding local meeting Thursday on neighborhood parks
Colorado Springs City Councilmember Nancy Henjum will hold the first district town hall-adjacent event of 2026 on Thursday night.
The community meeting will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the cafeteria of Edison Elementary School. The meeting will focus on questions about developing neighborhood parks in Cragmor and Papeton, two areas represented by Henjum in City Council District 5.
A city announcement Monday said the meeting will also include discussions by members of the Colorado Springs Fire Department’s Homeless Outreach Program team and the Friends of the Park program.
Residents do not need to register ahead of time in order to attend the community meeting.
