Watching Claire Danes chew up the scenery and spit it out is the highlight of Netflix’s new crime thriller “The Beast in Me.” She stars as an accomplished writer whose life is suddenly thrown into disarray by the arrival of a new neighbor, played by Matthew Rhys, who may or may not have murdered his wife.
