In Woodland Park, of 34 homes sold, the highest-priced was $2.08 million, the lowest, $255,000. In Divide, of 9 homes sold, the highest-priced was $675,000, the lowest, $295,000. In Florissant, of 11 homes sold, the highest-priced was $1.6 million, the lowest, $285,000. In the Cripple CreekVictor area, of 9 homes sold, the highest-priced was $601,000, the lowest, $165,000. In Ute Pass, of 2 homes sold, the highest-priced was $510,000, the lowest, $450,000.
