The rest of Thanksgiving Day in Colorado Springs is set to be mild, though snow is in the weekend forecast. 

The high on Turkey Day is expected to reach 51 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Pueblo, with sunny skies and winds out of the south-southeast at about 5 mph. 

Overnight lows will dip just below freezing, bottoming out at 29 degrees, with clouds beginning to roll in. The wind will shift to north-northwest after midnight, but remain at 5 mph. 

Those planning to shop Black Friday deals can rejoice: The National Weather Service said temperatures should spike to near 62 degrees, with winds increasing to about 5-10 mph in the afternoon. The mild weather isn’t expected to last, with a Saturday temperature drop bringing a 20% chance of snowfall, according to NWS.

• Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 30. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Overnight, a 30% chance of snow showers, mainly before 11 p.m. 
• Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 36. North wind around 5 mph. 
• Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 47. West northwest wind around 5 mph becoming southwest in the morning. 
• Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 41. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming east in the morning.
