The ViewHouse – Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet
This Thanksgiving, The ViewHouse is set to cook up a Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet, and will have a carving station with roasted turkey and pineapple-glazed spiral ham. If you’re looking to switch it up, The ViewHouse will also offer seafood selections, including snow crab, lobster and fresh sushi.

The Broadmoor Hall – Thanksgiving Day Brunch
Splurge on a Thanksgiving Day Brunch in Broadmoor Hall this holiday. The brunch buffet will include a carving station with a classic turkey dinner, herb-roasted prime rib of beef and honey-glazed ham. Seafood options, including snow crab claws and American Paddlefish caviar, will also be offered. The Broadmoor brunch will also have a kids buffet for the tykes.

Head over to Pamela’s at Hotel Polaris for a traditional Thanksgiving feast. This year, Pamela’s will offer a Thanksgiving carving station, featuring herb-roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy, ham with brown sugar mustard glaze, grilled salmon with brussels spouts, creamy mashed potatoes and much more. The Famous Steak House – Thanksgiving Feast
Enjoy a Thanksgiving Feast at The Famous Steak House this holiday. The Famous will offer a meal that includes slow-roasted red bird turkey, red zinfandel-spiked turkey gravy, green beans with bacon and shallots, and, of course, mashed potatoes.

Flying Horse Resort and Club
Three eateries will be open at different times this Thanksgiving at Flying Horse Resort and Club. Feast at Fortezza will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering traditional Thanksgiving favorites like turkey and prime rib. Tack Room Lunch will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Steakhouse Dinner will be open from 4 p.m. to close on Thanksgiving.

This year, Aspen American Bar and Grille will be open during regular hours (11 a.m. to 9 p.m.), serving its full regular menu, along with a special Thanksgiving Turkey Platter.

The Brit Pub
Celebrate Thanksgiving at an authentic British pub this year. The Brit Pub will offer over-roasted turkey breast, green bean casserole, creamed mash, as well as vegetarian options. The eatery will also have some regular menu items available on Thanksgiving.

According to Prime 25’s Facebook, the eatery will be open on Thanksgiving at noon with 6:30 p.m. as the final seating. Reservations can be made through Open Table.
Patty Jewett Bar and Grill – Thanksgiving Buffet *Sold out as of 11/18 – accepting waitlist inquiries
This local golf course restaurant will be open for reservations only on Thanksgiving. Patty Jewett Bar and Grill will offer over-roasted turkey with gravy, rosemary and garlic-rubbed prime rib, honey citrus-glazed ham and traditional trimmings.

Co.a.t.i. Uprise
On Thanksgiving, Co.a.t.i. will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a few “food pods” set to serve you on the big day. Brakeman’s Smash’d Burger Bar will be serving up its smashed burgers from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Piglatin Cocina will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to serve tacos and margs. Ola Juice Bar will be open for all your juice and smoothie needs from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
