The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office issued a missing person alert for 13-year-old Aiden Puerta on Thursday afternoon, according to Peak Alert.

Aiden was last seen in the 700 block of Hathaway Drive, near U.S. 24 and Peterson Road east of Colorado Springs, and possibly left his residence on foot. He is 5-foot-3, 140 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

The alert stated Aiden was last wearing black shorts, a red shirt and white sneakers.
