Man stabbed after Colorado Springs police say he attacked another
A man accused of attacking another with a weapon in northeast Colorado Springs on Wednesday evening was arrested after police say he was stabbed in self-defense.
The incident occurred in the 7100 block of Commerce Center Drive, near Interstate 25 and Woodmen Road, at around 6 p.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department reported in an online blotter entry.
Officers learned that Vaughn Oseth, 45, had allegedly assaulted a man with a weapon before being stabbed. Oseth was transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
He was later booked into the El Paso County jail for second-degree assault, police said. Jail records show he is being held on two bonds that total up to $10,800.
