Suspects sought in deadly shooting: Colorado Springs police

Colorado Springs police are looking for suspects in a shooting that left one man dead Sunday, according to an online blotter entry.

The shooting took place just before 5 p.m. at the Copper Chase Apartments off Southgate Road, across from The Shops at The Broadmoor Town Center, according to Gazette news partner KOAA.

When officers responded to a 4:50 p.m. call about a shooting in at the apartment complex, they found “a deceased adult male” at the scene. Police told News 5 the 19-year-old victim had been shot multiple times.

Homicide detectives interviewed multiple witnesses, but no suspect information was available as of Monday morning, according to police.
