Pine Creek’s star No. 2 singles player will enter next year with fuel following his first season of preps tennis.

Advait Jadhav finished fourth at the 5A state boys tennis tournament Saturday and concluded his year with a 6-0, 6-3 loss to Cherry Creek’s Jack Loehr at Denver Tennis Park in the third-fourth place match.

The Eagles freshman is the lone Pikes Peak region tennis player to compete for fourth place or better. Jadhav was also the only 5A freshman singles player in a placement match. He finished 3-2 at the tournament and wrapped his freshman season with a 15-4 record and has yet to lose back-to-back matches in his career.
