According to the Home Legacy Group at Coldwell Banker 1st Choice Realty, 74 homes sold in September in Teller County and Ute Pass. In Woodland Park, of 33 homes sold, the highest-priced was $765,000, the lowest, $249,000. In Divide, of 13 homes sold, the highest-priced was $1.8 million, the lowest, $249,900. In Florissant, of 10 homes sold, the highest-priced was $860,000, the lowest, $198,500. In the Cripple CreekVictor area, of 7 homes sold, the highest-priced was $430,000, the lowest, $122,500. In Ute Pass, of 3 homes sold, the highest-priced was $675,000, the lowest,$410,000.
