Structure fire in north Colorado Springs displaces one
A fire in north Colorado Springs displaced one person on Sunday afternoon.
The Colorado Springs Fire Department responded to a structure fire in a second-floor unit at the University Village Apartments, 5404 N. Nevada Ave., to find smoke pouring out of the unit’s windows.

The Fire Department said firefighters were able to put out the fire within 10 minutes and that it was contained to one apartment, but one person will be displaced.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and no injuries were reported, according to the Fire Department.
