2 teens tied to Monday night burglary of Colorado Springs business
Two teens are facing charges after a Colorado Springs business was burglarized late-night Monday, police said.
Officers made the discovery after a burglary alarm sounded off in the 200 block of East St. Elmo Avenue, near Nevada Avenue, shortly after 10 p.m., according to an online blotter entry by Colorado Springs police.

After searching the area, the officers arrested one of the suspects at a parking lot in a nearby apartment complex. The other suspect was caught when coming out of an apartment unit.
Police said one of the teens was on probation for felony menacing and second-degree assault on a officer. Both have been served their warrants and subsequently released to their parents, police said.
