This year’s Parade promises fresh inspiration, cutting-edge design, and the best of Colorado living.

From dream homes with panoramic mountain views to innovative designs in new master-planned communities, this year’s collection highlights the finest in architecture, craftsmanship, and lifestyle. Whether you’re in the market for a new home or just love great design, the Parade of Homes is your exclusive opportunity to walk through these homes in person and connect with the builders behind them.

Tickets are on sale now and are valid for the entire duration of the Parade. With reentry permitted, attendees are welcome to revisit their favorite homes as many times as they like—perfect for gathering ideas, planning their next move, or turning their mood boards and design dreams into reality.

The Parade is self-guided and open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM, closed Mondays and Tuesdays. A special Military Ticket Program is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
