A Colorado Springs police cruiser traveling southbound in the 5300 block of North Academy Boulevard hit a motorcycle that was turning left Thursday morning, according to a blotter entry from the department.

Police told The Gazette that the motorcyclist claimed to have suffered an injury but refused medical transport. Both vehicles suffered minor damage.

Police are conducting a crash investigation.
