Man with multiple felony warrants arrested in central Colorado Springs
What started out as a follow-up on a camping complaint led to an arrest after Colorado Springs officers discovered a man had multiple outstanding felony warrants against him, according to police.
Sebastian Kipp, 23, was arrested around noon Friday near Springs Rescue Mission, a homeless shelter located at 5 W. Las Vegas St. Officers attempted to walk him to a patrol vehicle, but he allegedly refused and kicked one of the officers in the leg, according to an online blotter entry.

Kipp was taken into custody shortly after. Public records indicate he was wanted on three out-of-county warrants. One of his open cases is related to a house robbery. Housing records indicate Kipp’s registered address is in Jefferson County.
He is being held in the El Paso County jail on multiple bonds that total up to $24,500.
