Field training introduces basic cadets to skills including combat arms, field living conditions and first aid.
The Class of 2029 basic cadets at the U.S. Air Force Academy marched to Jacks Valley on Sunday, July 13, to begin the second phase of basic training. During this phase, cadets will tackle the obstacle course, participate in small arms training, learn basic first aid and much more.
