Update: Tennessee man last seen near Colorado Springs located safely
Update: El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said the 71-year-old has been located safely.
A 71-year-old man last seen Saturday near Gold Camp Road is missing, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Roger Jackson was on a road trip from Tennessee and was supposed to be staying southwest of Colorado Springs, near Gold Camp Road, according to the Sheriff’s Office. The road was closed to the public indefinitely on June 5 due to heavy rainfall.
The Sheriff’s Office said Jackson has mild dementia and other health issues.
Stone is 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds. He is driving a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with a Tennessee license plate, BTF-5858.
